(hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). 1.2 The entry in the list of economic entities is applicable to each contracting authority and the contracting authority and the information therein is notnecessary to verify the procurement procedures. The contracting entity, when evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status, verifies the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 Act on Public Procurement.

10. The group of suppliers proves the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the public procurement for the personal position for each member of the groupny separately. A member of the group shall prove the fulfillment of the condition of such person's personal status only in relation to the part of the object of the contract which he / she is required to secure. 11.
