The scope, scope and requirements for the performance of the procurement are described and regulated in the technical specification, Part II of this tender documentation.

Main Site: All addresses of the Military Medical Academy and its branches in the cities of Sofia, Pleven, Varna, Sliven and Plovdiv, specified in the documentation for participation

Perform activities on periodic delivery and installation of medical equipment, storage systems for sterile and non-sterile products, mobile devices and platforms for use in operating rooms and sterile rooms for the needs ofMMA and structures in the country by types and quantities, for which a characteristic and requirements are presented in the technical specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of the documentation.

Delivery of the goods and installation, when necessary, will be carried out periodically, upon receipt of advance written requests from the contracting authority. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are indicative/ Estimates and deliveries depend on the current MMA needs. The contracting authority is under no obligation to state (order) the whole quantity and / or all nomenclature. Within the term of the contract, the contracting authority, depending on its current needs, will declare the required quantities of goods until the estimated value is reached.professional activity of the participants.

The contracting authority has no requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants.

Preparation of the offer:

1. Participants should examine all guidelines and conditions for participation given in the documentation.

2. When preparing the offer, each participant must adhere exactly to the conditions announced by the contracting authority.

3. The offers for participation are prepared in Bulgarianand language.

4. Responsibility for the proper study of the participation documentation rests solely with the participants.

5. By submitting a tender it is considered that the participants agree to all the conditions of the contracting authority (indicated in the documentation), incl. the period of validity of the tenders and the draft contract.

Offer Bid:

1. Contents:

1) Inventory of submitted documentsf. It shall be prepared in the form № 1.

2) Document showing the legal basis for the formation of an association, if the participant is an association, which is not a legal entity, signed by the persons involved in the association. The document should contain information about:

- the rights and obligations of the participants in the grouping,

- the distribution of responsibilities among the members of the grouping,

- the activities, to be performed by each member of the grouping,

- designating a partner to represent the grouping for the common purpose. order.

3) eEEDOP, respectively. with the requirements of Art. 67 of the Public Procurement Act - model No. 2, for the participant, signed by all persons under Art. 40, para. 1 of the PDAB, respectively. with the requirements of the law and the terms of the contracting authority and, where applicable, the EEDEP for each of the participants in the grouping, which is not a legal person, for any subcontractor and for all third parties whose capacity will be involved in the execution of the contract. When the offer is submitted by a participant grouping, sample No 2 shall also be submitted by the grouping participant.

4) Documents to prove the reliability measures taken, where applicable.

5) Document under Art. 37, para. 4 of the PDAB, where applicable. Accordingly. with requirestion of Art. 47 of the PDPA "personal documents and selection criteria" (in the full scope of the documents described above) are placed in the general envelope (package) of the offer.

The offer includes:

1) "Technical proposal" containing:

(a) Proposal for performance of the contract in accordance with with the technical specification and requirements of the contracting authority - completed, signed and stamped specimenNo. 3, in which the participant states his technical proposal, incl. documents and catalogs mentioned in the documentation. Participants whose technical proposals do not comply with the technical specification and the requirements laid down in the documentation are eliminated. In the applicable cases, the tenderer may submit in the tender a statement of confidentiality of the information under Art. 102 of the Public Procurement Act (free itemecst). According to Art. The technical proposal (in the full scope of the documents described above) shall be placed in the general package of the tender. signed and stamped form No 4, in which the tenderer indicates the final bid, written up to a penny (until the secondk after the decimal point), with the value in BGN excluding VAT. The envelope labeled "Offered Price Parameters" shall also include a magnetic medium (CD, DVD and / or flash memory) with completed form No. 4 in working format. of the documents described above) shall be placed in a separate sealed opaque envelope labeled "Offered Priceparameters ", placed in the general packaging of the offer.

Performance Guarantee:

The contractor designated for the contractor owes a guarantee of 2% of the contract value in BGN excluding VAT, presented in one of the forms according to the Public Procurement Act, by choosing self guarantee form.
