The special position includes the delivery of an echograph - 3, defibrillator - 3, autoclave - 4, cardiograph - 2, electromiograph - 1, autrefractometer with keratometer - 1 pc. ., biomicroscope - 1, tonometer - pneumatic - 1, fetal doppler - 2, vascular doppler - portable - 2, ECG cholet - 2, blood pressure cholet - 2, spirometer - 2number of inhalers - 2 pcs, telemedicine - equipment of 2 health points, car and communication center, construction of communication connectivity and installation of the necessary specialized software, electronic weighing machine with rhythmometer - 2 pcs
No requirements. Item 1:
The participant has achieved a minimum turnover in the procurement area, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, for thethe last 3 completed financial years (2015, 2016 and 2017) depending on the date when the participant was established or started its activity.
For Lot 2:
The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements for the economic and financial status of participants. Proof:
Prior to the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the participant presents a list of the personnel who will execute the procurement□ When submitting the tender, the participant will fill in field 6) of Section C "Technical and Professional Abilities", Part IV "Selection Criteria" by EEDOP ..
The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the procedure a participant, for whom the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act. A participant is removed from the procedure, hand whom the prohibitions under Art. 3, item 8 of ZUFDUROPDKCDS
The participant is also removed in the case of a grouping and a member of the grouping is one of the reasons for the removal. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation: (a) a participant who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the contract notice or in the documentation;
b) I studywho has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose offer has not been accepted according to Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act
If the tenderer's bid exceeds the maximum financial resources of the contracting authority, it will be removed from the procedure. The evaluation committee will compare the technical proposal of the participant for the respective lot with the requirements of nas described in the documentation and technical specifications. In the event of non-compliance, the participant will be removed. According to Art. 67, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act (PPL) in connection with - 29, item 5, b. "A" of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, in force as of 1.4.2018, the single European Procurement Document is mandatory in electronic form.
Guarantees:
Participantthe contractor shall provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the value of the contract for the relevant lot without VAT. In the case of an advance payment, the contractor shall provide a guarantee to the contracting entity, which provides for the advance payment of 100% of the amount of the advance granted. The guarantees are provided in one of the following forms:
- cash,
- baa guarantee,
- insurance that ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability.
The participant designated as contractor chooses the form of the performance guarantee itself. 7, para. 2 of the PPPP, the assignor indicates that a separate item with subject "Supplies of medical instruments and consumables" worth 29 270 BGN without VAT shall be assigned independently to directunder the conditions of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act
