CPV Description: Periodic supplies of medical supplies and reagents for the needs of St. Marina EAD for a period of 3 years
The subject of the order includes periodical supplies of medical consumables and reagents for the needs of St. Marina Marina University Hospital, upon request by the contracting authority for a period of three years and comprising 197 lots, detailed in Tsheet 2 to the documentation. A distinct position in the procedure is defined as each distinct group designated by "1", "2", "3", etc. to "197" inclusive. The participation for all of the nomenclature units contained in the respective group (unit position) is mandatory and the valuation will be formed on a complex basis - on the basis of the sum of the values of all nomenclature units included in the separate itemand. Each participant in the procedure may submit a proposal for one, several or all lots, as a mandatory condition to bid on all products in the group (position) for which it is taking part. The Contracting Authority shall not impose a limitation on the number. of the separate lots to be assigned to one contractor. It is not allowed to submit variants.
