Supplying equipment for the development and optimization of catalytic materials for processes for utilization of agricultural residues for the production of bio-products, The object of this contract concerns the supply of equipment for the development and optimization of catalytic materials for agro-valuation of agricultural residues for the production of bio-products, bio-fuels and biofuels (Agro-Value). This contract is funded by credits from the GP (Project No. 2018EN00810008), meanwhile, of the act:, with code MIS (MIS) 5010628, which has been included in the Priority Axis:, on the basis of the accession decision no. Protocol No. 761 / 20.2.2018 of the Central Macedonia Region

Section 1 concerns the supply of powder modifier by impregnation method . The sourced system will be a mobile onespray impregnation. The process zone will be separated from the technical equipment zone, which will be easily accessible. The process zone consists of 2 vertical parallel cylinders. In the front cylinder the process is carried out while the rear includes the filtering systems. The unit housing is designed with stainless steeland metal sheet covers. The width of the unit is 860 mm, the depth is 860 mm and the height is 2.317 mm. The external air supply piping shall be 60 mm in cross-section and the internal diameter shall be 50 mm.
Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract shall be required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity, with the subject of commission.
Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016.
In the case of economic operators, in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries, which have acceded to the EMS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.
Installed atIN GREECE economic operators are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.
In the case of an association of economic operators, the above requirement should be covered by all members of the Association. financial adequacy for the current procurement process, economic operatorsare required to:
have an average total turnover over the last three (3) accounting years, at least equal to 100% of the budget (excluding VAT) of this tender, if they submit an offer for all the at least 100% of the budget (excluding VAT), of the department or sections forthe contracting authority, on the basis of the results of the examination and the evaluation of the tenders, rejects, in any event, a tender: (a) which is not submitted in due time, in the manner and with the content (see 2.4.1) (General Terms and Conditions for Submission of Bidding), 2.4.2) (Time and Way of Bidding), 2.4.3(Content of tender dossiers, technical offer), 2.4.4) (Content of financial offer dossier, way of preparing and submitting financial offers), 2.4.5) (Auction opening and evaluation), 3.2) (Invitation to Provide Supporting Submission Documents), of the Declaration.
