The competition is for the delivery of fresh meat and meat products to the Contracting Authority's user places. The Framework Agreement shall at all times cover the Contracting Authority's need for such products.

A contract for the procurement of fresh meat and meat products Frozen meat products are not included in the contract.

There will be separate tender competitions for the following product groups:

— Groceries and provisions (including frozen meat products)

— Bread and bakery products

— Fresh fish and fish products

— Vegetables, fruit and berries

— Dairy products

The tender concerns fresh meat and sausage meat products. Poultry and game are not considered to be meat for this tender competition.

All products are requested delivered in recycling packaging, not paper/disposable packaging.

The contract that is signed will primarily be a contract for the units that produce food for delivery to nursing homes/institutions and for persons living at home. Other entities at the Contracting Authority, such as for e.g. schools, nursery schools, cafes, day centres and rehabilitation centres shall, if desired, be able to order on the contract upon request at contract prices. The contract will not be obligatory for these other units.
