Applicants must comply with the conditions in Section 32 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, resp.according to par. 4 and / or 5 of the Act on Public Procurement by submitting original documents or their certified copies in the scope and validity under the Act on Public Procurement.

The Applicant is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to Section 32, 2, letter. a) the letter. e), the contracting authority is entitled to use data from the public administration information systems. If an applicant fails to submit a document pursuant to - 32, ods. 2 floor. a) shall be obliged to perform the proof according to - 32, par. 1 floor. (a) to provide the public purchaser with the necessary information to request the extract from the criminal record.

The applicant who has a valid entry in the List of economic subjects is not obliged to submit the documents to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of his personal status (Section 152 of the VO Act). exchange infothe public procurement is carried out on the spot, by means of electronic means within the meaning of - 20 of the Act 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement. The communication of the delivery for the purpose of this procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the specified functionality of the eZakazky electronic tool on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. I will be a competitor for everybody who is interestedavailable on the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk without limitation. In order to request and provide the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the names of the bids,

c) clicks on the Application for participation / on the tender documents,

d) into the system in the following way:

d1) if the economic entity already has the systemIf the account is set up, the account will be logged directly with the login data already provided (in the case of forgotten login data, the option of sending the login data electronically to the electronic address:

d2) if the economic entity does not yet have an account in the system, clicks on the Registry and follows the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the internet site www.ezakazky.sk. The interested party will be provided with the tender documents and all other documents related to the tender documents designated by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in the public procurement, the supporting documents or other accompanying documentation or other documents provided publicit is possible for any of the interested parties to ask for their explanation directly in advance through the electronic system www.ezakazky.sk. The request for explanation must be delivered via the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. The request for explanation will not be accepted if it is delivered to the e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority or inym spoReindeer. The above procedure also applies if the economic entity obtains subcontracts from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. The above mentioned procedure of mandatory registration on the portal of reimbursement is also valid if the economic entity obtains the subprojects from the Profile of the contracting authority on the UVO page or in some other way.

In keeping with the principle of equal treatmentwith the interests and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has identified the above mentioned communication, in the case of communication, the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the tender documents did not express any individual communication in particular cases. Further details on electronic communications are provided in the tender documentation. How the owner VeIn the form of a Call for Proposals, the limitation of the number of characters that can be entered in this formula in a text attribute field can not be specified in the Call for Proposals. The detailed definition and determination of the delivery of documents and communication with interested parties and tenderers is indicated in the tender documents. From the aboveonly the communication portal has been provided in the Call for Proposals, and bases the rules for requesting or asking for explanation. The bidder in his offer will submit the fulfillment of the terms of the part, the honest declaration, the requirements for the object of the order specified in the tender documents and the other documents required in the tender documents. The public contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement of the tenderer, if at zaklthe truth of the information will lead me to suspect that the applicant or occupier has entered into an agreement to interfere with the economic activity in a given public procurement with another economic entity.
