Catering for clients and employees of the facility social services in the establishment of the city of Banska Bystrica, including transport at the place ofwhich are the individual facilities of social services in the founding community:

Main Site: Banska Bystrica, resp. individual establishments of the social services in the founding capacity of the city, which are mentioned in the SP (Annex No. 4 Agreement on provision of catering services)

Provision of catering for clients and employees of the social services facility in the establishmentyou know Mesta Banska Bystrica, including transport to the destination with individual facilities of social services in the founding community of the town:

The detailed description of the procurement of the subject of the order is given in the tender documents, part B.1 Description of the subject of the order

Applicant must meet the conditions of the part-mentioned in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to par. 4 and / or 5 of the Act on Public Procurement by submitting original documents or their certified true copies in the scope and validity under the Act on Public Procurement.

The applicant who is registered in the List of economic entities is not obliged to submit proof of proofIf the applicant or occupier has a place of business or usual place of residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of his place of business, place of business or usual residence, he does not issue any of the documents mentioned or does not issue or equivalent documents, it is possible to replace them by an honest declaration according to the regulations in force in the statute of his body, removal or habitual residence.

If the right of the applicant's status or occupation with the seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate the institute of honorary declaration, it may be replaced by a declaration made by a court, a body of law, a notary or other professional institution or business institution valid in the status of the site, the place of business or usualof the residence of the applicant or occupier.

An economic entity having the status of a legal person for the purposes of proving personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. a) the Act on Public Procurement is also required to submit a copy of the criminal record for the person who is issued by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic. The obligation to submit an extract from the criminal record of a legal person results from Act no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws, which entered into force on 1.7.2016. 1 letter. a) - By submitting a statement by a bank or branch office of a foreign bank in which the client is seeking the ability of the applicant to execute financial charges - it must be stated that the bidder is not in an unauthorized debete and is able to fulfill its obligationsto the bank and maintains the due date in the case of credit. The bank's statement must be current, issued by the bank not older than 3 months on the day of submission of the tender, in the original or certified copy of the document.
