This market has for object the supply, the delivery, the installation, the commissioning accompanied by a training as well as the guarantee of a mass spectrometer with plasma with inductive coupling triple quadrupole (ICP-MS / MS) for the University of Pau and Pays de l`Adour (UPPA).

The purpose of this contract is the supply, delivery, installation, installation in service accompanied by training and the guarantee of a plasma mass spectrometer with triple quadrupole inductive coupling (ICP-MS / MS) for the University of Pau and Pays de l`Adour (UPPA). walk is coconsists of two sections:
- firm section: supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training to get started, and warranty of a plasma mass spectrometer with triple quadrupole inductive coupling.
- optional section: maintenance of the `device acquired under the firm tranche.
The duration of the firm tranche is 39 months from notification of the contract. If the sliceoption is firmed, its execution time is 24 months from the date of notification of its firming. compulsory additional services (PES) are provided.
Applicants are required to propose and quantify each of the PES described below:
- Compulsory PES # 1: an additional vacuum pumping system to improve ion transmission shouldbe proposed and detailed;
- Compulsory PSE n 2: a noise reduction system associated with the pumps must be proposed and detailed (noise-reduction box type on casters).
Each candidate must produce the application and the offer separately, in two different files, under the conditions defined below.
For the application:
- 1) the letter of application (or DC1 form) or a letter of intention to participate in the paper market at the head of the company, and the authorization of the agent by his co-contractors in the event that the offer is presented by a group of united companies;
- 2) the candidate`s declaration (or DC2 form) completed in all its sections, and if the candidates are in receivership, a copy of the judgment or judgments pronounced for this purpose (section C-2 of the declaration), or the Single European Market Document (DUME).
A presentation of the company: organization of the company, candidate workforce, certificates, references, etc. for the offer:
- 1) the breakdown of the global and fixed price (DPGF) of the basic offer (firm tranche);
- 2) the breakdown of the global and fixed price (DPGF) of the basic offer (optional trancheshe);
- 3) the breakdown of the global and fixed price (DPGF) of the compulsory PES n 1;
- 4) the breakdown of the global and fixed price (DPGF) of the compulsory PES n 2;
- 5) a technical memory responding point by point to the expression of the need, established in the order defined by the CCTP;
- 6) literature, brochures and technical notes in English or French detailed in accordance withArticle 6.1 of the CCTP;
- 7) test results in the form of tables in accordance with the following provisions of the CCTP:

These analytical performances will be presented with a pneumatic nebulization concentric at 0.35 or 0.40 ml / min with a refrigerated chamber. Other matrices can also be added if they are likely to appealreil in value. The spectral background at mass 230 and the spectral background at mass 220 will also be mentioned for an acquisition of at least 30 minutes in ms and ms / ms mode (at 1 u.m.a. on the first quad with gas if necessary). The sensitivities in abundance of uranium 238 to masses 236 and 237 will be specified in ms / ms mode.
