The offer relates to a framework agreement with 2 subdivisions for k0b of steel gears, gratings and / or composite covers with accessories, to the Supplier's units and departments.

- Contract 1: St0bejernseksler with accessories,

- Part 2: Composite covers with accessories.

Offers can be submitted on consignment 1 as both lots sand / or composite covers with accessories.

The agreement has a term of 2 years and the provider has the option to extend the framework agreement with a further 24 months of one or more times. The Provider reserves the right to elect to award the framework agreement to 2 Tenderers, one for each subcontract. However, Provider sI have the right to award the agreements to one and the same Tenderer, as this may deliver to both subcontracts and that it is economically most advantageous for the Provider. - The applicant must confirm that Applicants are not covered by the mandatory grounds for exclusion in section 135 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1 to 3 and - 136, - - In addition, applicants must confirm that Applicants are not subject to the following voluntary exclusiongrounds, cf. section 135 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 4 and 5 and - 137. - The applicant must attach a brief description of the company, including company form, ownership, organization and professional qualifications for the completion of the assignment. - The tenderer must enclose a description of the company's quality environment and occupational safety and health insurance system max 2 A4 pages However, an economic act is not excluded if this hhave been provided with sufficient documentation for their integrity, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements for the economic and financial form, cf. section 142 of the Public Procurement Act: - Positive equity in the last 3 financial statements (ESPD Section IV.B.4 .) -

Solidity degree of at least 20%, in the last 3 financial statements (ESPD point IV.B.4.),

- Tenderer has a business and product liability insurance, and must be able to prove that:

- the insurance is in force,

- the insurance has a cover sum of at least DKK 10, 000, 000 per injury.
