Permanent magnetic dipoles for spectrometers

The products to be purchased are three permanent magnetic dipoles:

Main Site: IFIN-HH, Reactor no. 30, Magurele, Ilfov - The permanent magnetic dipoles covered by this specification will provide the magnetic fields of some spectrometers to be used in experiments withlasers from ELI-NP for ion detection, gamma radiation and electron-positron pairs.

Both Thomson Parabola (for ions) spectrometers and gamma and electron-positron pairs require magnetic fields to provide separation in energy of ions, Compton electrons (in the case of gamma) and electrons / positrons (in the case of pearschilor).

The sole bidder / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party must prove that they do not comply with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. In this respect, the sole bidder / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party will complete the DUAE Part "Exclusion Reasons". The bidder ranked first in the interim ranking ranking completedof the tenders, shall submit, at the request of the contracting authority, the following editorial documents proving / confirming the non-compliance with the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 above, both for the sole tenderer / associated bidder and for the subcontractor / third party stated in the offer:

- the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management bodymanagement or supervision of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power to represent, decide or control within him, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - Romanian legal persons must submit certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of obligations to pay taxes, taxes or contributionsto the general consolidated budget from which the lack of overdue debts at the moment of presenting this certificate will occur, - foreign legal persons will present any editorial documents issued by the authorized institutions of the country of origin (fiscal attestation certificates, criminal records, other equivalent documents etc .) to prove that he has fulfilled his obligationto pay taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget in accordance with the national law of the country of residence of the sole vendor / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party or the country in which the sole tenderer / associated offeror / subcontractor / supportive third party It is set. From the enlightened documents presented there must be a lack of datathe remaining ones at the time of their presentation,

- certificates / records / editorial documents proving / confirming the non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 167 par. (1), both for the sole offeror / Associate Bidder and for the Supported Subcontractor / Tenderer stated in the offer (if any),

- certificates / records / editorial documents proving / confirming non-compliance with andprovided for in Art. 167 par. (1), both for the sole tenderer / associated bidder and for the supporting subcontractor / tenderer stated in the tender (if applicable), - other editing documents, as the case may be.
