Subject of the order is supply of instrumentation for laboratories of the Central Control and Testing Institute of Agriculture in Bratislavalave (hereafter also UKSUP) focusing on analyzes connected with the offensive control, control in accordance with valid legislation and other activities in the UKSUP scope. Part of the delivery of the devices are also related services, namely installation, commissioning, testing, operator training, maintenance at the place of delivery, delivery of user technical documentation in Slovak language provided by the manufacturer, performance of guaranteed service within the scope of the stipulated conditions, as well as ensuring transport to the place of performance, unloading at the place of performance, removal and disposal of packaging material of the delivered goods. The subject matter of the contract is the subject of the contract, which are published in the profile of the publico the contracting authority on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk and in the EVO information system maintained and accessible by the Public Procurement Office accessible through the web site www.uvo.gov.sk (hereinafter referred to as "IS EVO") and the contracting authority provides unlimited free of charge to them, complete and direct access from the date of publication of the contract notice in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union or in thethe date of the award of the contract, whichever comes first. The applicant must meet the conditions for participation in personal status specified in - 32 para. 1 zakona. The contracting authority shall also accept any other equivalent document submitted by the tenderer or candidate. 2 of the Act, ie the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "VO") shall carry out an evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to - 40 of the Act after evaluation of tenders pursuant to - 53 of the Act. This public procurement is realized through the EVO information system maintained and accessible by the Public Procurement Office accessible via the web site www.evo.gov.sk (hereinafter referred to as EVO IS).

3. IS EVO will be pused for each termination in the process of public procurement, ie. The entire procurement process is carried out electronically only through the EVO IS.

4. The CA requires candidates to register in IS EVO. This registration is associated with certain process terminations, so it must be done well in advance. Registration in IS EVO can be realized by interested parties at the latest by expirythe time limits for the submission of tenders referred to in this notice. Competition documents are provided by IS EVO and are currently published in the VO profile on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk.

The tenderer shall draw up and submit the tender only in electronic form by means of the IS EVO, in accordance with this notice of invitation to tender, tender documents and other documents provided by the IB. TendersProposals and other documents and documents in public procurement pursuant to - 21 para. 6 of the Act shall be submitted in the statutory language. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be submitted, together with its official translation, into the statistical language; this does not apply to offers, proposals, documents and documents made in the Czech language. If a difference is found in their content, the decisive is the official translation into the official language.

12th The GO declares that it limits the information required to the conditions of participation (concerning Part IV: Conditions for participation Sections A to D of the Single European Document) to a single yes or no answer (:Global data for all terms of participation), i. whether economic operators meet all the required conditions for participation without the need to complete other sections of Part IV: Conditions for participation in the Single European Document. The Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") shall enter into force on the date of its signature by the authorized representatives of the twofollowing the date of its publication in the register. If the buyer does not receive funds from the statutory budget to finance the subject matter of the agreement, the agreement will be terminated without any action or compensation in any form by either party and shall not be deemed to have failed to fulfill the subject matter of the agreement.
