The subject of the contract is delivery, installation and 5 annual service of LNG production equipment
Main Site: Delivery location will be 1 of the following locations:
It is the supply of LNG equipment for the production of liquefied natural gas, including the installation, delivery of complete project and other documentation for the equipment, training of the contracting authority's personnel, providing the sundry and assistance necessary for proper fulfillment of other related fueLCNG projects. 5 year warranty service installed formanagement since its takeover together with all prescribed inspections of operating systems and technical equipment, inspections and calibrations of operating indicators, gauges, sensors and carrying out inspections and inspections of high-pressure equipment in accordance with the applicable legislation. pursuant to - 39 of Act no. 343/ 2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as "PPA");
2. This tendering procedure may only be attended by a person who fulfills the conditions for participation concerning the personal status defined by the contracting authority.e in - 32 para. 1 of the Act. 1 Tender:
3.1 The Tenderer shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation by his / her entry in the list of economic entities kept by the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as the AEO) in accordance with - 152 of the Tender. conditions of participation in suAccording to Section 32 (2) of the PPA in force at the time of this call for tenders, they must submit these documents in their tender.
3.2 A tenderer who is not registered in the AEO pursuant to Section 152 of the PPA proves the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by documents in accordance with Section 32 ods. 2 ZVO.
4. If the applicant or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and statIf his office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents listed above or does not issue any equivalent documents, they may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the State of his office, place of business or usual residence. If the right of the applicant or candidate with the registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic(e) a declaration of honor may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or commercial institution in accordance with the rules applicable in the State of the place of business, place of business or usual residence of the applicant or candidate. Group of suppliers demonstrates fulfillment of conditions for participation in public procurement concerning personal status for eachGroup member separately. Details of the conditions of participation and demonstration of personal status are set out in - 32 of the Act. In the case of proving the conditions for participation in personal status by documents pursuant to the provisions of - 32 para. 2 of the Act, we recommend submitting documents in the full scope of the provision, as the contracting authority cannot apply the provision of - 32 para. 3 ZVO.
1. This invitation to tender may take partonly those who meet the requirements below to prove their financial and economic position. In order to demonstrate that the above conditions have been met, the tenderer shall submit the following documents in the tender (may also be replaced by a single European document):
1.1. In accordance with - 33 para. 1 pism. d) ZVO:
Summary of total turnover for the last 3 marketing years for which they are availablethose from the commencement or commencement of the operation of the activity. The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 30 000 (in words: thirty thousand euro) to secure the tender. Details of the conditions of security deposit are given in the competition subclausessional.
2nd The contracting authority will communicate with the tenderers resp. interested parties to proceed within the meaning of - 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the Josephine system communication interface. 3rd The contracting authority shall not conclude the Contract with the tenderer or tenderers who have the obligation to register in the register of public sector partners pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and on the amendment of certain Conclusions and not being entered in the Register of Public Sector Partners, or which subcontractors or subcontractors pursuant to a special regulationwho have an obligation to enroll in the Public Sector Partners Register and are not enrolled in the Public Sector Partners Register

5. V nadin relation to the provision of - 40 of the Act. 6 pism. (g) The contracting authority states that it will exclude from the tendering of a tenderer or candidate if, on the basis of reliable information, it suspects that the tenderer or candidate has concluded an agreement distorting competition in that contract with another economic operator. Special contractual terms (eg insurance, bank guarantees, sayconfidentiality etc.) are detailed in Annex no. D.1 Suit Documentation - Contract for Work and Provision of Related Service Services. The public procurement in question is not, in view of the conditions of participation, the technical specifications, the criteria for the evaluation of the tenders or the conditions for the performance of the contract, the green procurement or the innovation procurement, nor is it focused on social aspects.
