Delivery of CNC punching machine together with related services- delivery to the place of realization, installation, connection, setting, training of the operator. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in annex no.
1 public procurement may be attended by an economic entity that satisfies the statutory conditions of participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. public procurement and change and additionsas amended by later regulations. Applicant shall prove compliance with the conditions of participation in personal status pursuant to Article 32 (1). 1 zakona, documents according to - 32 par. 2, respectively. pursuant to - 32 para. 4 and 5 because

5.Applicant shall recognize an equivalent record, such as the entry in the list of traders under the Act or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State to which the applicant proves compliance with the conditions of participation in the public procurement. The submitter also accepts other equivalent documents submitted by the applicant. The supporting documents and other documentation for the acquisition are published in the relevant contract in thethe EVO and in the contracting authority's profile maintained on the UVO portals located at https://www.uvo.gov.sk/vyhladavanie-profilov/zakazky/15287, whereby the contracting authority allows unlimited and direct access to the documents. An explanation of the information needed to prepare the offer and to demonstrate that the conditions of participation have been met, the contracting authority shall, if necessary, demonstrably notify all known candidates of the tenderlater 6 days before the deadline for submission of bids electronically via IS EVO and disclosure of explanations in the contracting authority's profile on the UVO portals, provided that the applicant asks for clarification in advance. in the order (if relevant) submits to the contracting authority in accordance with the document proving the fulfillment of the conditionof participation in the intentions of this notice of public procurement (notification) and SP pursuant to - 55 para. 1 zakona.
5. Successful bidder before signing the contract, which will be the result of this public procurement will be obliged to:

6. Conditions for participation under this notice, point III.1.1) Personal status, III.1.2) Economic and financial standing and Point III.1.3) Technical and professional capacity and means of demonstrating them are given in the supporting documents in Annex no. 1 Participation Terms. The model of the Single European Document is set out in annex no. 2 bids.
7.Binding of bids must bsecured by security pursuant to - 46 par. 1 pism. (a) for all 3 lots in sums:
- Part 1: EUR 12 000
- Part 2: EUR 10 000
- Part 3: EUR 2 500
The composition, release and refund conditions are specified in SP. 8th The public procurement in question is not:
a) green public procurement
b) procurement of innovation, nor c) procurement focused on social aspects.
