Reference Number : FISMA/2020/OP/0001
The objective of this tender is to develop, as a proof-of-concept (PoC), a machine readable and executable representation of reporting requirements specified in the revised EMIR Level 1 legislation and relevant Level 2 legislation. Secondly, it is to assess whether machine readable and executable reporting (MRER) can lead to a more effective and efficient development of reporting requirements and reduce the reporting burden for reporting entities, among others by identifying the benefits and costs of such an approach. Finally, it aims to identify regulatory obstacles to MRER technology-enabled innovation in the financial sector.
