CPV Description: Lubricating preparations - Lubricating oils and lubricating agents - Liquids for hydraulic purposes - Chemical additives - Motor oils - Gear oils - Framework agreement for the supply of special lubricants for military aircraft equipped by the Air Force Staff. The object of the framework agreement is to purchase between 2018 and 2021 lubricantsSpecial arrangements for the maintenance and operation of the aviation equipment of the Air Force such as: MiG21 LanceR, IAR 99 Std., IAR 99 SOMIM, IAR 316, IAR 330, C 130 Hercules, C 27 Spartan, IAK 52 and AN 26/30. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders / applications: 20. Response by the contracting authorityante to all requests for clarifications / additional information will be submitted at least 10 days before the deadline set for submitting bids. Where two or more tenders are placed in the same place after the electronic auction stage, the contracting authority will ask the tenderers for a new financial proposal and the contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose newthe financial proposal has the lowest price.

Minimum quantity during the framework agreement 110 kg, the maximum quantity during the frame agreement 600 kg. Estimated value of the lot under the largest subsequent contract: 2142, 00 Euro. Value of the participation guarantee: 21, 42 Euro.

The manner of accomplishment: The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken are done by completing the DUAE, and the documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE to be presented at the request of the contracting authority by the tenderer first place-in the intermediate rankings (including third-party supporters or subcontractors, when applicable) prepared to complete the bid evaluation. The mentioned documents shall be submitted only at the request of the contracting authority by the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up after the completion of the electronic auction stage. 3 Presentation-"Declaration on avoidance of conflict of interest for the bidder / candidate / associated bidder / subcontractor / third party" (Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of Article 60 of Law No. 98/2016) shall be completed according to the model - Form no. 3.

(a) Possibility to withdraw or change the bid: No bids can be withdrawn after the specified deadline and the participation notice, subject to the exclusion of the bid in the procedure for the award of the public procurement contract and the loss of the participation guarantee.
