The object of the framework agreement is to purchase between 2018 and 2021 lubricantsSpecial arrangements for the maintenance and operation of the aviation equipment of the Air Force such as: MiG21 LanceR, IAR 99 Std., IAR 99 SOMIM, IAR 316, IAR 330, C 130 Hercules, C 27 Spartan, IAK 52 and AN 26/30. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders / applications: 20. Response by the contracting authorityante to all requests for clarifications / additional information will be submitted at least 10 days before the deadline set for submitting bids. Where two or more tenders are placed in the same place after the electronic auction stage, the contracting authority will ask the tenderers for a new financial proposal and the contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose newthe financial proposal has the lowest price.
