The quantities of items to be delivered to the Lot are the following:

1. Treadmill - 1

2. Cycle ergometer - 1 pc

3. Combined appliance (ironator) to move the upper and lower limbs - 1 pc

4. Massage Ball - 1 pc,

5. Inflatable baby table - 8 pcs

6. Gymnastics Set - Set - 8 pcs

7. Sensor path - 1 pc

The contracting authority does not set a fitness requirement

The contractor does not set requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants

The subject of this procurement is "sufficientinstallation and installation of equipment for a center for social rehabilitation and integration in the village of Mikrevo, Strumyani municipality under the project "Provision of health care and social services to vulnerable communities in the region of the Bulgarian-Greek cross-border region".

From participation in a joint contract is removed a participant in respect of whom the circumstances under Article 54 (1) and the circumstances under Article 55 (1) of the Public Procurement Act are availableus here:

1. has been declared bankrupt or is in bankruptcy proceedings, or is in liquidation procedure, or has concluded an out-of-court agreement with his creditors within the meaning of Art. 740 of the Commercial Code, or ceased its activity and, if the participant is a foreign person, finds itself in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure, in accordance with the law of the country in which it is established.n;

2. is deprived of the right to pursue a particular profession or activity under the law of the State in which the act was committed. . has entered into an agreement with others to distort competition when it breachesit is established by an act of a competent authority;

4. has been proven guilty of a failure to perform a public contract or of a works or service concession contract which led to its early termination, payment of damages or similar sanctions, except in cases where the failure affects less than 50 to 100 of contract value or volume;

5. he triedto:

(a) influence the decision of the contracting authority regarding the removal, selection or award, including by providing false or misleading information; or

b) receive information that may give him an undue advantage in the procurement procedure.

A participant is removed from participation in the procurement when: - the participant is a company, registered in a jurisdiction with preferential tax regime, or related to persons, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, unless there are exceptions under Art. 4 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Registered in Preferential Tax Jurisdictions, Controlled Persons and Their Real Owners,

- the circumstances inabout Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegally Acquired Property Act; 194-208, Art. 213a-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 254a-255a or Art. 256-260 of the Criminal Code,

- has been established by a penal decree or court decision, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art.62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority, in accordance with the legislation of the state in which the applicant or participant is established,

- a violation under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act.
