The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and 5-year service of the technology of three LNG service stations

This tendering procedure may be attended only by the person who fulfills the conditions for participation concerning personal status defined in the provision of - 32 para.
Method of proving the fulfillment of conditions according to - 32 para. 1 ZVO:

The applicant, who is not registered in the AEO pursuant to - 152 of the Act, demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the personal status by documents in accordance with - 32 para.
