The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and 5-year service of the technology of the four L2CNG pumping stations. the supply of technology of four (14) pieces of L2CNG liquefied natural gas filling stations, including installation, providing complete project and other documentation on technologies, training of the contracting authority's personnel, providing the assistance and assistance necessary for proper fulfillment of other related orders of the "fueLCNG" project. controls of operating systems; andtechnical equipment, inspections and calibrations of operating indicators, gauges, sensors and carrying out operating inspections and inspections of high pressure equipment in accordance with the applicable legislation. The fulfillment of the conditions for participation can be proved by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Certain Outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as "theZVO), while the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation are submitted to the contracting authority by the tenderer according to - 55 par. 1 of the GPA at the time and in the manner designated by the contracting authority. This tender may be attended only by the person who fulfills the conditions for participation in personal status defined in the provision of - 32 par. 1 ZVO.
3. Means of proving the fulfillment of conditions according to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:
3.1The tenderer shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation by his / her entry in the list of economic entities kept by the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as "AEO") in accordance with - 152 of the Act. Conditions of Participation in Personal Status by Documents in accordance with - 32 para. 2 ZVO.
4. In the case of proving the conditions for participation in personal status by documents pursuant to the provisions of - 32 para. 2 of the GPA, we recommend the submission of documents in the full scope of the provision, as the contracting authority is not- 32 par. Only tenderers who meet the requirements set out below to prove their financial and economic standing may participate in this tender. To show that the above conditions have been met, the tenderer shall submit the following documents in the tender, and may also be replaced by a single European document within the meaning of Article 39 of the Conditions of Employment (hereinafter referred to as "JED"):. In accordance with - 33 para. 1 pism.(d) ZVO:
Summary of total turnover for the last 3 marketing years for which they are available, depending on the date of commencement or commencement of the operation. The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 30 000 (EUR 30, 000) to secure the tender. Security may be lodged by depositing funds on the account of the contracting authority, by submitting a bank guaranteeor insurance guarantees. Details of the conditions for the lodging of the security shall be set out in the documents to be drawn up. 3. The contracting authority shall not conclude a contract with the tenderer or tenderers who are obliged to register in the register of public sector partners pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and on the amendment of certain conclusions and not being entered in the Register of Public Sector Partners, orwhich subcontractors or subcontractors under a special regulation are obliged to enter in the register of public sector partners and are not entered in the register of public sector partners. 5. In connection with the provision of - 40 of the Act. 6 pism. (g) The contracting authority states that it will exclude from the tendering of a tenderer or candidate if, on the basis of reliable information, it suspects that the tenderer or candidate has concluded an agreement distorting the economicUtaz-s.
