Supply of CAIR -10 / 2013-D1 NP7 Search Server software components for VERI2 Server IDOL Server license for CAIR will include: Server license of full-text database system for presentation of converted objects (VERI2 Server IDOL Server for CAIR) in libraries for at least 2 mil. objects; Language: English; Platform: Linux; Number of servers: 1 (* 1); PCPU count: 1 (* 1) Unit of measure: License. Related services: b) Service and support services for software products in relation to software products for one unit of measure: 8x5 BD (i.e. at least 8 business hours per working day, 09:00 17:00); The investigationproblems reported by the customer to determine their cause in minimal NBD response mode (i.e., the next business day from 09:00); Information about new updates and upgrades of delivered SW components or about new versions of SW components; Update documentation for supplied softwarenew product resulting from the incorporation of changes based on an agreement with the customer; Monthly prophylactic checks of all major and supporting components of the supplied software products, including report and status and errors; Quarterly prophylactic checks of all major and supporting components of the supplied software products, including reporting and status and errors, informationdiscusses new updates and upgrades of the supplied software products, or new versions of the main and support component software; Quarterly evaluation of the use of public search services of the Search server module and based on the findings after consultation with the customer, ensuring the modification of search algorithms, search conditions and settings of the Search server module;b) available upgrades and updates of major and support components using the delivered software products, based on an agreement with the client; Provision of security measures in accordance with security policy makers in the field of culture in accordance with the requirements of the customer, in relation to the main and supporting components using the delivered software products. Compliance with the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to Section 32 (1) of the Act on the Applicant in accordance with Section 32 (1). 2 ZVO shows:

1.1. Documented extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months,

1.2. Documented confirmation of health insurance company and Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 monthsjustified by

1.3.documented confirmation of the local tax authority not older than 3 months,

1.4.documented confirmation of the relevant barrel not older than 3 months,

1.5.documented proof of entitlement to deliver the goods, to carry out construction work or to provide the service corresponding to the subject contracted,

1.6. 1 pism. f) ZVO

1.7. Participation condition according to - 32 par. 1 pism. g) PPA is demonstrated by the contracting authority,

1.8. 1 pism.

1.9.If the tenderer has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in - 32 para. 2 ZVO or does not issue equivalently untilIf the law of the applicant with the seat, the place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the SR is not regulated by the institute of the honorary declaration, it may be replaced by the declaration made before barrel, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or commercial institutionin accordance with the regulations in force in the State of the applicant`s office, place of business or usual residence

1.11. ZVO is not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement to prove fulfillment of conditions for participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4 a ods. 5 ZVO. The contracting authority shall recognize or endorse an equivalent entrynot a registration issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, by which the tenderer or candidate demonstrates that the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure have been met. The contracting authority must also accept any other equivalent document submitted by the tenderer or candidate.

1.12.European Standard (hereinafter referred to as "JED"). 3 of the Act, the contracting authority is not entitled to use data from public administration information systems pursuant to - 1 par. 3 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens through the use of public administration information systems and on amendments to certain outcomes (ending against bureaucracy).Not applicable

Continuation of the text of the minimum required level of technical and professional standards:

Key expert no. Entity recognition expert in unstructured information: at least 3 years of proven professional experience in solving projects with deployment of VERI2 server for entity recognition in unstructured information according to the rules of Slovak spellingthe system has been set up capable of automatically identifying the displaced persons, surname, company name and site names and, in the first instance, to write a single number to the document; at least 2 demonstrably practical experience with solutions to prepare the processing of databases of full texts for recognition of entities, processing of recognized entities and their preparation in a suitable form for creatingindexing, searching, sorting, displaying using VERI2 server with support of Slovak character set or other language character set and operation (with the database size must contain at least 1 million), solutions must be in production production at least 12 months, obtained and valid certificate or valid confirmation of training for technology platform VERI2 serwhich must meet the requirements of the contract description. Candidate at Key Expert # 2 (Entity Recognition Expert in Unstructured Information) demonstrates compliance with: # 1 Participant`s Resume, Participant # 2 Signed Resume, Participant # 3 Requirements via Certificate, or Copy of Valid Training Receipt from manufacturer VERI2The server or its contractor for service and support, or equivalent.
