Medical professional liability

By means of this tender, Erasmus MC wishes to obtain insurance cover for medical professional liability in accordance with the set requirements and wishes as included in the Tender Guidelines that will be made available to selected Candidates. Optionally, Erasmus MC will have a Law-Examination of medical scientific research with people (WMO) insurance and liability insurance for companies (AVB)

The costs of the current professional liability insurance amount to EUR 1 865 562 including insurance premiums (deductible excess) per year and the sum insured amounts to EUR 2 500 000 per claim and EUR 10 000 000 per year
