The mandate concerns a grouping of multidisciplinary agents, which must include the following skills: specialist mobility, financial planning specialist, lawyer, specialist in project management and organizations.

The mandate concerns a group of proxiesIt should include the following skills: mobility specialist, financial planning specialist, lawyer, project management specialist and organizations.

The present mandate has several objectives, described in more detail in the terms of reference: to refine the operation of certain service measures related to neighborhood mobility; to defineappropriate governance and status, then create a focal point for the proposed measures and finance some of them; implement and monitor the actual implementation of the mobility measures.

Partial offers are not allowed.

Negotiations: up to and including the decision on the awarding of tenders, negotiations on prices and services are prohibited.

Otherindications: a possible audition will be organized on thursday 9.5.2019 between 14:00 and 17:00, with all reservations.

Indication of the legal remedies: this invitation to tender is subject to the Geneva regulations on the awarding of public contracts (RSGE L 6 05.01), it may be appealed within 10 days of its publication in FAO at the administrative chamber of theGeneva Court of Justice, 10 rue Saint-Leger, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the duly reasoned submissions, indicating the means of proof as well as the signature of the appellant.
