Rental services of earthmoving equipment (with operator) for Chania Landfill and Sludge Management Works. of the contract is the appointment of a contractor, who with the appropriate earthwork equipmentViruses and its appropriate personnel (who must hold the relevant project equipment and driving licenses for the respective trucks required by law to perform the tasks) will perform the tasks specified in detail. in Annex I to the Declaration.

Main Site: The place of service will beyes the site of the Landfill of the Landfill, of the Municipality of Cape Town of Chania.

The object of the contract is the appointment of a contractor who, with the appropriate earthwork equipment and his staff (who should possess the services provided by the relevant legislation governing licenses for the respective project machinery and licensesdriving the corresponding lorries, which will be used to carry out the work) will carry out the tasks set out in Annex I to the Declaration. the subject of the contract.

Economic operators established in the State- a member of the European Union is required to be registered in one of the professional registries kept in their country of establishment or to fulfill any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. Where economic operators are required to have a specific approval or to be a member of a particular organization in order to be able to provide the relevantor service in their country of origin, the contracting authority may require them to prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that body or to invite them to make a sworn statement to a notary public in connection with the pursuit of the profession concerned.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or inindividual countries that have joined the SDS or third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, must be registered in their respective professional registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE must be registered in the relevant professionalRegistry, if required by applicable law, to be registered for the contracted service.
