procurement is the provision of external services (laboratory services) of counter-tests designed for the examination of biopsy material necessary for carrying outdevelopment of the following projects: 1. Development of a new generation recombinant detection system for immunohistochemical examinations of the cancer biopsy material and 2. Introduction of innovation in AMT Automatiz-cia s. r. about. by means of industrial research, funded by the Operational Program Development and Innovation. Main Site: DB Biotech, a.s., Popradska 80, 040 11 Košice mestThe subject of the contract is the provision of external services (laboratory services) for the testing of counterparts designed for the examination of biopsy material within the framework of the research development part of the project named: Development of a new generation recombinant detection system for immunohistochemical examinations of biopsy material of cancer diseases. Output of testing will be the exact process of implementation of theoptimal dilution of antibodies, and an application procedure for automated conversion of immunohistochemical examination of biopsy material. The provision of detailed application protocols for manual and automated testing of counterparts and detection systems is part of the service provided.

A detailed description of the subject matter is given in appendix no. 6 Description of the subject matter of the procurement documentation.-The public procurement may be awarded to an economic entity which fulfills the ex ante conditional conditions for participation in a personal position pursuant to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended (Laws). The applicant shall prove that he / she fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status under - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents afterpursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the law. The proving of the conditions of part-time is also effective against the contracting authority according to - 152, 4 law.

3. The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. 2 laws.

4. The Contracting Authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities pshall be issued by the competent body of another Member State, by which the applicant proves that the conditions for participation in the public procurement have been fulfilled. The Contracting Authority will also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the regulations effective until April 17, 2016 is entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts. In casethe applicant who makes a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement is required to prove compliance with the terms and conditions of the personal status of each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the contract, which I shall provide.
