The supporting documents that will be requested from the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders for the fulfillment of the assumed in the DUAE (and for non-compliance with the provisions of Articles 164 and 167 of L 98/2016) :

- Certificate of non-payment of taxes, tax(local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,

- The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator, or of those who have power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as evidenced by the certificate foundissued by the ONRC / constitutive document,

- According to the case, documents proving that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 al. 2, art. 167 al. 2), art. 171 of L. 98/2016,

- Other editing documents, as the case may be,

- In the case of bidders of foreign legal persons to fulfill the requirement, they must submit editorial documents issued by the authorityyou have competencies in the country where they are resident to prove that they have no outstanding debts due to the state budget and local budget according to the legislation of the country of residence at the time of submitting the documents.

The bidders will fill in the DUAE information on the ability to exercise professional activity.

Following the application of the atribuire, bidders will present the Certificate of Finding issued by the National Trade Registry Office. The information contained in the Founder's Certificate must be valid at the time of submission of the document (s). The subject of the contract must have a correspondent in the CAEN code in the Certificate of the Founder.

- Foreign legal / natural persons:it proves a form of registration / attestation or belonging professionally in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the tenderer is a resident, who proves the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, only if the tenderer ranks first application of the award criterion. Documents will be submitted at the request of the authority Payment of the invoices will be made with the OP within 60 (sixty) days of receiving the supporting documents accompanying the products and on the basis of which the receipt is made. In order to pay bills, the business operator must have an account opened with the Treasury. In the event of a guarantee of participation through an insurance company attached to the insurance policy, a copy corresponding to the original of the payment document (receipt / payment order). The tenderer who is first, following the application of the award criterion, will have the obligation, according to the provisions of art. 132 par. (2) of GD no.395 / 2016, to submit supporting documents for the fulfillment of the qualification criteria. Associates, third parties and subcontractors (as appropriate), -will complete their own MEAs, which will be included in the offer; they will consider the provisions of art. 58 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016. For each batch, where two or more bids are placed first, the contracting authority requests the bidders a new financial proposal and the contract will be awarded to the bidder whose new financial proposal is pricedlowest in that batch.
