Global Navigation and Positioning Systems (GPS or equivalent). Purchase of GPS

Part 1 contains the following products:

1) GPS for navigation and route planningin common queues.

General Drivers-GPS is used for category B and other categories of navigation for service at home and abroad when no military GPS is used.

The GPS type must be used by drivers in the vehicle.

2) GPS for navigation and route planning in lorries and vehicles.

Used for navigation at service stations at home and abroad, when IThe GPS must be used by drivers in the vehicle.

3) GPS for outdoor mounting on vehicles.

Used for motorcycles, ATVs and armored carriages for navigation at home and abroad services when not used. military GPS.

GPS type must be used by drivers without protection against weather.

The use of ESPD is a prerequisite for participation in procurementcedure, cf. section 148 of the Public Procurement Act. FMI requires the tenderer to use ESPD as proof that the tenderer is not covered by exclusion grounds set out in sections 135 and 136 of the said act. Tenderers and, if relevant, the participants in the group of entities and / or supporting entities shall apply the electronic version of ESPD. FMI has prepared an ESPD (XML file) as founds pa Ethics. FMI strongly encourages Tenderer to use this XML file when ESPD is completed. Tenderer must upload the XML file to this website https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/welcome where the ESPD can be completed and later exported to. No other versions than this ESPD shall be used.

Before awarding the framework agreement, FMI must provide documentation for the specifiedFormations specified in the ESPD, cf. Section 151-155 of the said Act, from the Offeror to which FMI is expected to award the framework agreement.

FMI shall exclude a Tenderer from participation in the Tender if the Tenderer is subject to one of the mandatory grounds for exclusion cf. - 135 and 136 of the said act unless the Tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that the Tenderer is a palipursuant to section 138 of the said act.

Kindly note that certain voluntary grounds for exclusion in Directive 2014/24 / EU have been made mandatory in section 136 of the said act.

If the same legal entity is a part of or on another made participant in several offers, eg. submits his own offer and at the same time participates in a consortium who also makes an offer, tenderers must ensure that, -that the same legal entity's participation does not allow for mutual coordination of their offerings. FMI reserves the right to request tenderers to establish and reassure FMI that the participation of the same legal entity does not endanger transparency and distort competition between tenderers.

FMI reserves the right but is not required to apply the remedies provided in section 159 (5) of the Danish Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 2015/2015 - available on www.retsinformation.dk), whose offer does not meet the formalities in the tender documents.
