Begraensan offer of a framework agreement on IT infrastructure consulting

The contracting authority offers a framework agreement on IT infrastructure consultancy. The framework agreement comprises a total of 3 sub-agreements. Each sub-agreement is entered into with 1 supplier. The framework agreement generally includes consultancy services related to the contractor`s and affiliated IT systems and IT infrastructure intheir entirety, the sub-agreements may also include counseling, support and maintenance. For each of the subcontracts, the contractor is demanding a proactive supplier of the services offered, just as a dialogue-based cooperation model is sought in the cooperation between the contracting entity and the supplier of the services. Each sub-contract is awarded to a supplier. Subsequent allocation of orders is by direct allocation. The framework agreement is not exclusive. is entitled to purchase similar services from third parties or to perform the services themselves.

Main Site: DK011. The services must be performed both at the client`s locations in Copenhagen, but there may exceptionally also be work on the client`s representations throughout the world.the ministry itself in Copenhagen and 103 representations in the foreign service. The contracting authority employs approx. 1 350 employees, of which approx. 850 is located in Copenhagen, while approx. 500 are placed in the Foreign Service around the world at the client`s representations. The client`s IT organization is mainly rooted in the client`s IT office located in Copenhagen. The client`s IT office consists of af ca. 50 employees working in IT operations, IT security, IT development, IT project management, infrastructure development, video conferencing, support, 24-hour service desk, supplier and contract management, purchasing, telecommunications and telephony, planning, administration and management. The client uses the same standardized and distributed IT solutions in the Ministry of Copenhagen and on orderiver`s representations (currently 103 representations distributed to embassies, consulates, trade offices, etc. around the world, cf. http://www.um.dk)

Contractor operates a global WAN network that supports the ministry`s administration and business areas in Denmark as well as all affiliated representations abroad. In addition, there are smaller WAN segments in Denmark. Contracting entity withRelated representations also constitute the contracting entity`s entire LAN infrastructure.

2) Services offered:

This sub-contract includes the following main services:

A. Maintenance and Support:

Maintenance and support includes consultancy for ongoing customization, monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, rollout of software updates, and general maintenance of the client`s technical complexe and various security solutions, as implemented in the global global network and extended LAN. Consultancy should help ensure that the network as a whole is functional, secure and robust. Technical assistance must also be provided in the form of maintenance of the contractor`s technical installations to support the day-to-day operations of the representations. KonsThe assistance will also include the configuration of LAN / WAN according to strict rules. The contracting authority is responsible for the 1st level and to some extent the 2nd level support. The supplier is expected to provide a support function that supports the contractor`s support function.

B. TilknyEligible benefits:

In addition to the above services in point A, the supplier will also be required to provide related advice, collaboration-related activities and operating support in relation to LAN / WAN. 1) Applicants total annual turnover for the three (3) most recent available financial years, depending on whenthe applicant was established or started his business.
