The object of the procurement is the document management system as a software service and related services. The document management system acquisition to be procured is intended to be first stepped up in clinical guidancemanagement. Kaeyttoeae can be expanded later to all types of documents. The subject of the procurement and the related requirements are described in more detail in the tender invitation tender, attached to the tender invitation document and in the annexes to the tender document.

Alternative bids are not allowed. Parallel offers are not allowed. Part offers are not allowed.

Subcontracting:

Provider can subcontract subcontractors. The tenderer is responsible for the subcontractor's work as ownin relation to the procurement unit. The procurement entity signs the contract only with the company that distributed the offer. The subcontractors who are undermined in the procurement process are named after the gap. The following information must be given about the designated subcontractors:
