The purpose of this European tender is the conclusion of 1 agreement between the Ministry of General Affairs, Public Servicek and Communication (DPC), and 1 contractor for the delivery and management of an E-mail management facility for the Platform Rijksoverheid Online, including optional services for optimization of the e-mail channel.

Assignment

DPC manages and develops the Platform Rijksoverheid Online (PRO ). This is the central platform where organizations within the national government can leave a websiten create and manage. DPC is the administrator of the PRO that offers space to more than 415 websites (magazines and platform sites) of the National Government. The content of all websites is managed in 1 type of CMS. A selection of content, which is published on PRO, is offered by e-mail to visitors to this website in various forms (newsletters, alerts and press releases)s. It is estimated that around 20 million messages will be sent in 2018. DPC facilitates this e-mail service for all users, citizens, businesses and professionals - from the platform. DPC expects a growth in the number of messages to be sent during the contract period, because the number of websites on the PRO is growing.

The subject of the assignment is to provide:

1. A system for the vesending e-mails in various forms: newsletters, press releases and notifications.

2. The connection of this system of contractor to the environment of the client, for the purpose of retrieving the relevant data and content (via an open data stream), and offering an integrated experience for visitors to the websites.

3. Providing one in the websitesgreated subscription function.

4. Delivery of shipping reports

It is expected that the announcement will be placed on TenderNed in mid-August.
