The needs of management consultancy services fall within The following categories:

1) Organization analysis and development, including:

- Strategic analyzes as work

Strategy implementation, implementation of decided concrete actions from strategy development,

- Change management,

2) Financial management including:

- Strategic development, mission development, vision, template and strategy based on strategic analysis,

- Strategy implementation, Sourcing Strategies,

- Benchmarking and Enhancing,

- Business Cases and Profit Stabilizationg.

There will be a need for management consultancy in connection with eg. organizational implementation of new health IT solutions, preparation and assessment of business cases related to IT technology, as well as impact assessment and follow-up on technology projects.

Tenderer will be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure, safely subject to one or more of the compulsoryOral grounds for exclusion under section 135-136 of the Public Procurement Act, except exclusion may be omitted on the basis of the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, including section 138.

The contracting entity will require documentation from the tenderers for which the contracting entity intends to award the contracts Information provided in Contract 1 ESPD) concerning the grounds for exclusion in section 135 of the Public Procurement ActThe documentation referred to above is submitted in the form of a certificate of service issued by the Danish Business Authority.

For foreign companies, documentation in relation to the mandatory grounds for exclusion in section 135 1 shall be submitted in the form of an excerpt from the relevant register or equivalent document issued by competent judicial or administrative authority showing that the tenderer does not includet of the grounds for exclusion.

In relation to - 135 3, the documentation must be submitted in the form of a certificate issued by the competent authority of the country concerned as proof that the tenderer is not covered by the grounds for exclusion. Is it not possible to issue the above documents or certificates, or do they not cover the grounds for exclusion in section 135 1 or3, they can be replaced by a statement under oath. In case of imprisonment not in the country in question, a declaration may be made of beliefs and laws issued to a competent professional organization in the country where the tenderer is established.
