F) the French research institute for the exploitation of the sea (Ifremer) is a public institution industrial and commercial character created by Decree No. 84-428 of 5.6.1984.
Ifremer is present in 24 sites distributed throughout the world.In this context, Ifremer has established by collective agreement of enterprise a collective and compulsory plan of complementary social protection, expenses of health and foresight, for its staff (and their rightful claimants). The Central Committee of Ifremer has introduced the same health-care scheme and thus enjoys the same guarantees for its employees (3 a4 employees). The contract of these employees will be shared with that of Ifremer employees;
G) under the tariff offer health, 3 Additional services (PSE) will have to be priced in addition to the basic offer:
- offer basic: compulsory coverage of the only employee (contribution in% of the reference remuneration),
- PSE A: optional coverage of the employees' rightful employees (cotillump sum payment in EUR),
- PSE B: Compulsory coverage of dependent children (contribution as a% of the reference remuneration) and optional coverage of spouses (EUR contribution),
- PES C: Compulsory coverage of rights holders (based on these four offers, Ifremer, at the time of the signature of the contract, one of the following four schemes:
- hypothesis 1 (wage system) the basic offer: scheme (compulsory scheme for the sole wage-earner),
- hypothesis 2 (optional family scheme) the basic offer the PES A: scheme (compulsory membership scheme for the only wage earner and optional membership for his dependents),
- hypothesis 3 (restricted family plan) the basic offer PSE B: regime (compulsory scheme for the wage-earner and his / her dependent children and optional membership for his / her spouse),
- hypothesis 4 (compulsory family scheme) the basic offer PES C: scheme (compulsory scheme for the employee and its beneficiaries).
The quotation of the basic offer and the 3 PES is mandatory, failing the offer will be judged irregular.
