Work of installation of nacelles of cleanings (phase 1 2) in the interest of the construction of the building Jean Monnet 2 for the European Commission in Luxembourg

The installations are divided on : 1 main building of 7 levels and 5 basement floors constituting phase I of the project. 1 round of 24 levels et 5 basement floors that constitute Phase II. 1 building names Welkom Pavilion to welcome visitors. In order to ensure the safe cleaning of the different facades, the phase 1 and phase 2 buildings will be equipped with facade cleaning pods.

The facilities are distributed on: 1 main building of 7 levels and 5 floors of basements constituting phase I of theoject. 1 tower of 24 levels and 5 floors of basements which constitute phase II. 1 building names Welkom Pavilion to welcome visitors. In order to ensure the safe cleaning of the different facades, the phase 1 and phase 2 buildings will be equipped with facade cleaning pods.

The Phase 1 building will be equipped with a peripheral facade cleaning facility, ainstallation for cleaning facades of interior patios, an installation for cleaning the frontages of the entrance, and an installation for cleaning the interior facade glazed facade and the panoramic elevators.

The Phase 2 building will be equipped with a device for cleaning the peripheral facades.

The duration of the works is 870 working days with a start of works previewed in the first half of 2020.
