Vestforbraending I/S (herefter "OThe contractor procures electricity services for office buildings and the day-to-day operation of the facilities at the contractor`s addresses. expansion of existing plants and construction of new plants., installation, troubleshooting, cable routing, thermal mounting, etc., as well as purchasing and supply of electrical products to be installed and installed at the plants at the Client`s addresses. The tenderer must supply electrical products and manpower which, under the contractor`s instructions, must be included in the day-to-day operation of the facilities at the contractor`s addresses. In addition, the bidder must have a 24-hour readiness, which the Contracting Authorityr can call when needed. Finally, the tenderer must also be able to make man and electricity products available for specific tasks and projects. The contracting authority purchases electricity services for office buildings and the day-to-day operation of the facilities at the Contractor`s addresses. In addition, purchaser Contracting power services for major projects and projects, including auditing, renovation work, as well as expansion of existing facilities and construction of new facilities. Electricity services consist of assembly, installation, troubleshooting, cable routing, thermo-mounting, etc., as well as purchasing and delivery of electrical products to be installed and installed at the plants at the Client`s addresses. The tenderer must supply electricityproducts and manpower, which, under the contractor`s instructions, must be included in the day-to-day operations of the facilities at the client`s addresses. In addition, the tenderer must have a 24-hour readiness that the Contracting Authority may call for when necessary. Finally, the tenderer must also be able to make man and electrical products available for specific tasks and projects.

- The tenderer must be registered in a relaywon the trade register in the country where the tenderer is domiciled, cf. section 141 of the Tendering Act. Danish companies must be registered in the CVR register. Foreign companies must be registered in a corresponding register where they are domiciled.

Documentation: The tenderer who is to be awarded the framework agreement must, on request (not as part of the offer), send a copy ofbe entered in a relevant trade register unless the information is available free of charge to the Contracting Authority, - Parts of the work require authorization for electrical installation activities, cf. The tenderer must hold the required authorization.

Documentation: The tenderer who is about to be awardedOn request (not as part of the offer), the Framework Agreement must document its authorization upon presentation of a copy of the authorization., Part IV.B.4,

- The solvency ratio of the tenderer, cf. ESPD, Part IV.B.4.

Documentation: The tenderer staring to becomee assigned to the Framework Agreement, upon request (not as part of the Offer), must provide the Offeror`s most recent approved Annual Accounts or Auditor`s Statement of the requested economic key figures unless the Contracting Authority may obtain this information from a publicly available source (cvr.dk or similar). : If the tenderer is not able to provide financial and financial informationcapacity, because the tenderer has been established within the last year, the tenderer must include this in the ESPD. Tenderers who rely on the capacity of other entities will, as part of the documentation, be required to file a supporting complaintor similar documentation proving that the entity in question is legally obligated to the tenderer. Where a tenderer relies on the economic and financial capacity of other entities, this entity shall agree to be jointly and severally liable for the contractor`s obligations under the contract.which, as the tenderer bases its suitability on, together satisfies the minimum eligibility requirements.

Where the tender is submitted by a consortium, each consortium participant must enclose a separate ESPD. If the consortium / association is awarded the proposed framework agreement, they are directly, jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract in the consortium / association.

The contracting entity will attach the suitability assessmentIt is important to note whether the consortium / association together satisfies the minimum requirements for fitness. Under "key figures" the key number is written. Under "description" the year and number (eg solvency ratio) are noted. Then a new field is added and the same is done for subsequent years and key figures.

Tenderers must, as one1. Complete the tender form and submit the standard form "Common European Call Document" ("ESPD").

Tenderers must therefore complete and submit the ESPD in accordance with the contracting authority`s instructions

Note: Tenderers who are on a mandatory basis for exclusion, cf. Sections 135-136 of the Tendering Act, will be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the proposed framework agreement unless the tenderer provides sufficient evidence that the tenderer is reliable, cf. section 138 of the Tendering Act.

Similarly, bidders who are in aof the voluntary grounds for exclusion mentioned in section 137 (1) of the Offering Act. Paragraphs 1 (1) - (6) will be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the framework agreement offered unless the tenderer provides sufficient evidence that the tenderer is reliable, cf. Section 138 of the Tendering Act

Documentation: The tenderer, who are about to be awarded the Framework Agreement must, upon request(not as part of the tender) submit a service certificate (Danish companies) or equivalent documentation (foreign companies) as evidence that the tenderer is not in one of the exclusion grounds referred to above.

The contracting authority will accept service certificates issued after 1.8. 2019.
