G034 Replacement of burners of HAD1-5BG boilers for low-temperature applications The subject of the public procurement is the processing of the documentation parts and the subsequent realization of the operation in the exchange of the existing gas burners with the more modern non-combustion duoblock burners including all related modifications of the boiler room technology and all the continuity electro and CCTV.

The subject of the public contract is the processing of the documentation parts and the subsequent realization of the work involved in the replacement of the existing gas burners with the more modern low-emission duoblock burners, including all related adjustments of the technology of the auxiliary gas boiler room and of all the electrical and CCTV dependencies. In the case of this inthe public bids are one of the proceedings with the publication according to the Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the Award of Public Procurement (ZZVZ), in a plan that is in two phases. First, the supplier submits a request for participation in the assignment procedure, which he shall deliver to the contracting authority within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2 of this notice together with the documents proving the fulfillment of the qualification. The deadline for submitting the preliminary offers will be set out in the call for tenders submitted to the suppliers concerned. In accordance with Section 61 (8) of the CTA, the contracting authority reserves the possibility that preliminary offers may not be negotiated and that a public contract may be awarded on the basis of a preliminary offer. Termin and place to open the packagingwith preliminary offers will be listed in the invitation to advance offers. Up to 2 representatives of the contractor who submitted the offer by the end of the deadline for submitting the offer may tender for opening of the bid with preliminary queries.

In accordance with - 170 of the APIA, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the order.
