The assignment is focused on the support available for the Director IIFO on demand:
Main Site: Rotterdam-The assignment is focused on the support available to the Director IIFO on demand for the following tasks:
1. Hands-on preparation for sessions of the Executive Board on IT matters (vision, strategy, roadmap)
2. Second opinion on strategic documents, policy plans, program plans, budgets and accountability documents submitted by the organization or by third parties. Osupport of sessions with the IIFO management on topics within the broad IT spectrum, such as information security, privacy, innovation, cost control, information driven working.
4. Sparring partner for questions and issues in the field of IT governance (city council, council committees and Band and networks.
6. Support for tactical / operational issues
All exclusion grounds included in Article 2.86 Aw and the optional grounds for exclusion listed in the Uniform European Tendering Document (Appendix 2) as included in Article 2.87 of the Aw apply. With regard to the applicable ground for exclusion "serious error", Tenderers must take account of thisto ensure that the Contracting Entity reserves the right to screen both during this tendering procedure and during the term of the Tenderer's contract if, on the basis of any signal that the Tendering Department reaches, in any way whatsoever, a suspicion arises that there is a serious mistake. In Annex 1 the concept of serious professional misconduct is described by the Contracting AuthorityThe Service is further specified and part of the conditions under which this exclusion ground is applied (proportionality test) and under which conditions the Contracting Entity is entitled to change, suspend or terminate an Agreement that has already been concluded.-As proof that a Tenderer does not in one of the conditions mentioned, he must submit the Uniform European-Tendering document (Appendix 2). By signing this declaration or the registration, the Tenderer / declares that all participants also declare that the supporting documents included in Article 2.89 of the Aw will be submitted at the request of the Contracting Authority within a period of 7 calendar days, prior to the publication of the award proposal. 1. an onioncertificate proving that the Tenderer is registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce who may not be older than 6 months at the time of submission of the Tender; a Declaration of Conduct for Tenderers who can not be older than 1 July 2016 at the time of submission of the Tender,
3. a statement from the tax authorities (declaration of payment behavior)-tax obligations and declaration of chain and hirer's liability) that can not be older than 6 months at the time of submission of the Tender.
If no evidence or statement as referred to in Article 2.89, paragraph 1, is available in the country in which the Tenderer is established. / m 3 of the Aw are issued by the relevant authorities, the Tenderer can suffice with a-statement made by the Tenderer under oath and showing that the grounds for exclusion do not apply to him
If the content of the supporting documents does not correspond to what has been declared in the Uniform European Tender Document, the relevant Tenderer is still excluded from further participation to the tendering procedure.

Further, the insurance must cover damage as a result of acts or omissions of third parties engaged in the execution of the assignment. Finally, the insurance must cover damage in respect of acts and omissions of activities prior to the assignment insofar as these activities can be brought into relationship withwith the contract.
The Tendering Department will request the Tenderer, who is eligible for the award on the basis of the award criterion, the supporting documents for meeting the insurance requirement. As proof is a copy of an insurance policy showing that this requirement is met or a statement from the insurer or insurance intermediaryit appears that the Tenderer is insured in accordance with the aforementioned requirement in the event of a definitive award of the contract. This declaration may not be older than 6 months on the closing date of the Tender
