Main Site: Rotterdam-The assignment is focused on the support available to the Director IIFO on demand for the following tasks:

1. Hands-on preparation for sessions of the Executive Board on IT matters (vision, strategy, roadmap)

2. Second opinion on strategic documents, policy plans, program plans, budgets and accountability documents submitted by the organization or by third parties. Osupport of sessions with the IIFO management on topics within the broad IT spectrum, such as information security, privacy, innovation, cost control, information driven working.

4. Sparring partner for questions and issues in the field of IT governance (city council, council committees and Band and networks.

6. Support for tactical / operational issues

All exclusion grounds included in Article 2.86 Aw and the optional grounds for exclusion listed in the Uniform European Tendering Document (Appendix 2) as included in Article 2.87 of the Aw apply. If no evidence or statement as referred to in Article 2.89, paragraph 1, is available in the country in which the Tenderer is established. / m 3 of the Aw are issued by the relevant authorities, the Tenderer can suffice with a-statement made by the Tenderer under oath and showing that the grounds for exclusion do not apply to him
