The present non-open procedure with prior notice concerns services for the AGES - Oesterreichische Agency for Health and Nutritional Safety GmbH in the areas of home technology and reception at the locations:
- Vienna Spargelfeldstrasse,
- Wien Traisengasse,
- Linz and
- Innsbruck.
To the all-round requirementA decision by the authorities on the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as on the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out.
