The contracting authority does not impose requirements for economic and financial standing.

A commission appointed by an order of the contracting authority will examine and evaluate the tenders under Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Art. 61 of the RSPC. Firstly, technical and pricing issues are assessed and evaluatedThe contracting authority shall remove the participant for whom there are grounds for removal, related to the personal condition under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, which arose before or during the procedure, and on the grounds of Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act.

Persons may not participate in the procedureaccording to Art. 3, item 8 of the ZPHODRUDTRTTDS, as well as persons within the meaning of Art. 36, para. If the participant is an association of FL and / or LU, the above grounds for exclusion apply also to each member of the grouping. The grounds for removal shall apply until the expiration of the terms under Art. 57, para. 3 of the PPA.

According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant declares, when submitting the tender, the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the EEDOP, and the documents are presented atthe conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act

A participant for whom the grounds for removal are present shall have the right to provide evidence that he has taken measures that ensure his / her reliability, despite the relevant justification for removal under Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act
