The service consists in collecting non-segregated municipal waste (mixed) and collected in a selective manner from the territory of the municipality of Żnin and running the Selective Point of Municipal Solid Waste in the commune of Żnin. The service consists in collecting municipal unsorted waste (mixed) and collected in a selective manner from the area of Żnin commune and running the Selective Point of Municipal Solid Waste in the commune of Żnin. The scope of the order applies to all properties from the commune's area where municipal waste is generated. Detailed descriptionincludes the ToR with attachments. a) entry into the register of regulated activities carried out by Mayor Żnin in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), at least in the scope of waste indicated in SIWZ
b) entry in the register collecting fromused electrical and electronic equipment based on art. 50 ust. 1 point 3 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 992 with amendments) or equivalent, made on the basis of the previous regulations on the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, ) current permit covering the activity of transporting waste, in accordance with the requirements offrom December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 922 with indemn.) or equivalent, including those issued on the basis of earlier provisions in the scope covering at least waste with 1:

Contractor must be insured against liabilitycivil law, in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the order with a minimum insurance sum of not less than PLN 500, 000.
In the event of termination of the policy in the course of the task, the contractor before signing the contract is obliged to submit a statement that after expiry of the policy will it has been renewed for an amount not less than highermentioned for the duration of the contract.
