Estimated Frequency of subsequent contracts: 3 / month.it will present the standard form approved by the European Commission - DUAE, where the bidders are not in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016, in electronic format, only by the deadline and the deadline for the submission of the offers stipulated in the tender notice.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presentat the request of the contracting authority by the tenderers whose offers will be declared admissible and declared winners in the ranking drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the offers, are:

- other editing documents.

Notes:

According to art. 137 paragraph (2) letter b) of GD 395/2016, the offer is rejected if the bidder has not completed the DUAE.

Clarifications on how to resume the competition between the signatories of the framework agreement:
