Offering of a company with the municipality of Fredericia

The business with Copenhagen Municipality in Fredericia Municipality will be in the following areas:

Main Site: The Municipality of Fredericia. The business with the municipality of Fredericia will consist of the following areas:

1) Driving from Rosenlundento Hybyhus to Rosenlunden;

2) Driving from Elbokokken to the citizens who wish to buy;

3) Driving from Elbokokken to 5 of the recipients at the care centers.

The agreement is offered as a mandatory one-delivery agreement.

The agreement period will be from 1.11.2018 to 31.10 0.2022. The contract is inadmissible for the Supplier in the first two years of the contract. Subsequently, the Provider has the option to terminate the agreement tenl the end of a maned This must be done with 6 months written notice.

Area 1:

The driving is done 6 days a week, also on weekends and public holidays. The delivery bag (eg Hybyhus may change) is planning the delivery dates to be followed by the supplier.

The empty packaging must be collected in the Rosenlunden Cellar and shipped to Hybyhus.

There may be a need for the driver to includegroceries. This is supposed to be 10 6-10 times about the ears, primarily around the horsetimes.

Pa Rosenlunden, the food must be delivered in the 3 crockery.

Area 2:

Bag of cardboard boxes packed in cages with pallets.

Food is delivered twice week, tuesday and friday whether it's everyday or holidays. The delivery is made to 340 citizens in Fredericia Municipality, bathing in private and in care centers in Fredericia.

For newly created citizens there may be a need to supply and install microwave ovens. There is an average of 2 times a week in connection with the regular delivery of the meal.

The food must be placed in the citizen's kitchen by appointment with the citizen and the cardboard box is returned with a return to the book.

In addition, the supplier must make a folder for the citizen with relevant information, including information about chathe supplier, a telephone directory and other relevant information.

The supplier shall make known to the citizen on delivery to the citizen and be legally and legally valid. The supplier must have visible contact with the citizen. Every Monday and Thursday, food is to be brought from Elbokokken to 5 reception centers around Fredericia Municipality.

Delivery must take place in the receptacle's storage room.

The suppliers must remove the empty boxes from receiverk0kkenerne. This happens twice a week. For now, it is to be delivered no later than Tuesday and Friday morning in Elbokokken.

The supplier must offer an emergency delivery in case of incorrect packing in the booklet, vacuuming of food or similar cases. In such a situation, the supplier must be willing to drive some extra kilometers for which a separate bill is made (which sends to Elbokokken). The price is stated in the tender list as NOK per kilometer. The price does not count in the weighting.
