Home care and support services related to the respiratory distress patient

The City of Oulu / welfare services (hereinafter the subscriber) will ask for your offer to a respiratory distresser for the provision of an on-site home care service and the support services that are strictly related to it. OfferOn the basis of the request, a framework agreement will be drawn up covering the treatment of respiratory failure patients in the city of Oulu. Estimated patient eaaerae is about 0-4 patients annually.

Creation of an indoor day care center for the respiratory distress patient and the support services that are closely associated with it. Framework structureinvolving 1-3 service providers. The service to be acquired is considered to be comprehensive, systematic treatment and supervision in accordance with the patient's care plan, at midnight, at the patient's home. Patient selection and masking of the therapeutic criteria are done entirely by the subscriber. The service provider assembles the patient care team and starts itin accordance with the timetable agreed with the subscriber
