The services / context concern (not exhaustive):

- transfers of personnel via helicopter to the offshore platform (OSY) during and

, - platform located at-approximately 40km from the coast at Zeebruge / Ostend,

- landing and operation of a helideck designed according to the CAP 437 standard,

- induction for the project personnel,

- communication to the onshore base via Heli Landing Office, to the arrived at the offshore platform (OSY platform),

- operation according to the applicable procedures,

- commissioning planned from 25.4.2019 to 20.5.2019 (). Personnel working 24/7 in 2 shifts per day,

- the maximum capacity of the platform is 21 people,

- the project staff will be based in Ostend,

- After energization (September 2019) and until the end of 2019, estimate of 1 transfer per helicopter every 45 days.

The Respondent must request, complete and submit for the closing date (see IV.2.2) the Prequation Questionnaire.alification Questionnaire (PQQ) with the most recent data available with the required documents. The applicant must request access to the Ariba platform used for this pre-qualification phase by sending an e-mail to the responsible buyer (see I.1)), including the name of the legal entity, the address, VAT number, e-mail phone name of the person (s) of contactct. Information to access the Ariba platform will be provided by return email as soon as possible.

Candidates are advised to request this access as soon as possible since the PQQ is an extensive questionnaire.
