The subject of the contract entitled "Execution of machines for repair and maintenance of railway substructure and upper in the ŽSR network"within the scope of the main activity and complex reconstructions of the economic method "is the provision of machine operations (rental of machines including the operator) according to the specification specified in Chapter B.1 Description of the subject matter of the supporting documents for the repair and maintenance of the railway substructure and upper in the network of the main activities and complex

Main Site: Line network in ŽSR network(contracting authority) - railway infrastructure within the whole territory of the Slovak Republic. operator) according to the specifications given in Chapter B.1 Description of the Subject of the Orderof supporting documents for the repair and maintenance of the railway substructure and uppers in the ŽSR network within the framework of the main activity and complex reconstructions in the economic way. 1 - Track and rail bearing machines perform as follows:

1. Execution of machines for adjustment of track geometry position - corridor track

2. Execution of machines for adjustment of track geometry - regnational tracks

3. Performing machines for adjusting the geometric position of switches - corridor track

4. Execution of machines for adjustment of geometric position of switches - regional tracks

5. Rail Track Roller Cleaning Machine Versions

6. Implementation of track bed conditioning machines

7. Implementation of track bed stabilization machines

Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is given in the supporting documentsh (hereinafter referred to as "SP"). Applicants must comply with the conditions of participation specified in - 32 para. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and amending and supplementing certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Public Procurement Act" or only "Public Procurement Act"). Their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2, para. 4, para. 5, - 152 para. 1 (registered in the list of economic operators) or - 152 para. 3 zapublic procurement. If the applicant fails to submit the documents pursuant to Article 32 par. 2 pism. a) the Act on Public Procurement, is obliged for the purposes of proving compliance with the conditions of participation pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. a) a prohibition on public procurement to provide the contracting authority with the data necessary to request a statement from the criminal record pursuant to - 10 par. 4 zakona č. 330/2007 Coll. on the criminal record and on the amendment of someoneas amended by later regulations.

2. The entry in the list of economic operators is effective against any contracting authority and the data contained in it is not necessary to verify in the procurement procedures. When assessing the fulfillment of conditions relating to personal status, the contracting entity shall verify the registration of the economic operator in the list of economic operators, unless the applicant has submitteddocuments pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act or other equivalent registration or registration certificate pursuant to - 152 para. 3 of the Act on Public Procurement and did not provide the Provider with the data necessary to request a statement from the Criminal Register pursuant to Section 10 Para. 4 zakona č. 330/2007 Coll. on the Criminal Register and on amendments to certain acts as amended.

3. Write in p listthe buyers executed according to the regulations effective until April 17, 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) is entered in the list of economic entities in the scope of recorded facts. The applicant may provisionally replace the documents specified by the contracting authorities to prove compliance with the conditions of participation by a single European document pursuant to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. A vendor group demonstrates complianceParticipation in public procurement related to the personal status of each member of a group of suppliers separately. Authorization to provide the subject matter of the order is demonstrated by the member of the supplier group only in relation to the part of the object of the contract which he / she is to provide me. Procurer's Requirements for Subject of Contract: with respect to limited number of characters, identification of documents required by the procurerto submit for the purpose of demonstration the fulfillment of the Provider's requirements for the subject of the Contract, for each individual part of the Contract subject, see Chapter A.1 Guidelines for Applicants, para. 19., point 19.1.8 of the supporting documents in overweight on Chapter B.1 Description of the subject matter of the supporting documents.

1. In sulade with ust. - 66 para. 7 ZoVO, the procurer evaluates the fulfillment of the conditions of participation according to- 40 of the FVO and evaluate the offer in terms of meeting the requirements for the subject matter of the contract according to - 53 of the FVO after the evaluation of offers based on the criteria for evaluation of bids, and the bidder, who after the evaluation of bids based on the criteria for evaluation of bids ranked first.

2nd In sulade with ust. Section 20 of the FVO shall be communicated and exchanged in public competition in a written forme reserved by means of electronic means, as determined by the functionality of the electronic public procurement information system IS EVO ver. 18.0 (hereinafter referred to as "IS EVO") (https://www.uvo.gov.sk/portal-systemu-evo-5f5.html), which meets all the requirements laid down in the provisions of - 20 ZoVO. The moment of delivery of information sent via the IS EVO functionality is identical to the momentsending such information to an electronic account an addressee created in IS EVO, i. the moment when the addressees could objectively get acquainted with the content of the information delivered. More detailed information about communication and exchange of information in written form is reserved by electronic means in the supporting documents. Suit materials are available directly and completely without limitationas well as fees in the provider's profile on the Uradu website for public procurement (https://www.uvo.gov.sk/vyhladavanie-zakaz/detail/419845). The contracting authority shall not provide interested parties with supporting documents in paper form. All the expense and expense incurred by the claimant or tenderer in connection with his / her participation in this public contest, shall bear the interest of the claimant or claimant in its entirety, without anyany claims of a monetary and / or non-monetary nature to the procurer, irrespective of the outcome of the public contest. In exceptional circumstances, the contracting authority is entitled to supplement the information necessary to prepare the tender and to demonstrate that the conditions of participation are met, and such addition provably notifies all known interested parties not later than six (6) days before the deadline for submission.offered.
