E05 Ventilation and plumbing contract incl. cooling and humidification for museum "The new H.C. Andersen's House"

When Odense Municipality closed Thomas B. Thriges Gade in 2014, it became the start of a transformation of areaadet. At the same time, the opportunity arose to gather the communication by H.C. Andersen's imagination, life and adventure in a new, large museum.

Main Site: Odense.

Construction E05 includes works on the following installations:

Heating:

- Heating installation is installed in the building via district heating. The heating center is built up in a technical room from here, heat conductors are led around in buildings, partly under deck, partly in storage.floors and partly under raised floor. Local mixers and manifold manifolds are established in the building, from where they are branched to the respective convectors / radiators. Main lines from cooling installations are led under raised floor to depot and from here to technical room. In the technical room, cooling installation is carried out, from where it is distributed to the respective areas where kraver cooling. Pipe fittings are mounted partly under the deck, partly in engineering and partly under raised floor. Local mixers are created for cooling ceilings and zone surfaces. In the server room, connections to fancoils are connected.

Use water:

- A new DHW installation is installed in the building. The supply line is mounted in a technical room. From here, DHW installations are installed, from which they are distributed to relocations. Pipe fittings are installed partly under deck, partly in engineering and partly under raised floor. Drainage is led to waste water pump wells in sunken garden. Wastewater pumps are placed in building blocks designed for milling. From here it is pumped to a collecting well in the terrain from which waste water is led to public sewerageia gravity. Wires are placed with a drop under the raised floor and underneath the deck inside the building. In ventilated gardens, wires are laid in the terrain.

Ventilation:

- Mechanical ventilation is established divided into a total of 6 plants with a total air volume of approx. 85, 000 m3 / h. Cooling of the supply air is established by integrated cooling / heat pumps.

In the exhibition areas the ventilation systems are built upUniformly with the possibility of both wetting and dehumidification.

Total airflow in the exhibition areas is approx. 45 000 m3 / h.

Applicant must enclose a completed ESPD section IV.B completed as described below.

Applicants must state in the ESPD section IV.B the following financial figures for the last 3 completed financial years, cf. - 142: - Total arsenic turnover in each of the lateste 3 available, completed and audited financial statements,

- Equity in each of the last 3 available, completed and audited financial statements.

It should be noted that applicants may apply for pre-qualification as a consortium or by relying on other financial and financial agents capacity, see point VI.3). In this connection, the aggregate companies' figures will be combinedshould meet the minimum requirements. Therefore, each participant in an association should state their own annual turnover and equity for each of the most recent 3 completed and audited financial statements. actor import ESPD,

- Complete the ESPD with the information specified in the tender notice, including part II.A, II.B, II.C, III.A, III.B, III.C, IV.B and IV.C,

- Note that the applicant must hand in several ESPDs whose application constitutes an association of undertakings or is based on the capacity of other financial actors, - ESPD - one is filled, canit 1) printed as PDF and 2) exported and saved. The ESPD must be submitted electronically in pdf and xml. Note that several of the text boxes can be expanded after the print has been printed.

Applicant must state in the ESPD the name, CVR number, address, contact person, whether the applicant is a micro company, small or medium-sized company and whether the applicant participates in the tender procedure together with others (ESPD partII.A). The applicant must state the information requested in Part III of the contract notice.

The applicant must confirm that the applicant is not covered by the compulsory exclusion grounds in section 135 (2) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 - 3 and 136 (ESPD Part III, paragraphs A, B and C). The applicant can only submit an application for pre-qualification. As soon as the same legal entity is part of or otherwise participates in several applications, eg. submitting your own application, but at the same time submitting as a participant in a consortium applying, the applicants must ensure that the same legal entity's participation does not result in musimilarity to mutually affect the content of the various tenderers' offers.
