Applications received are openedat a public meeting dated 27.5.2019 at 10:00 am in an administrative building at 37, Hristo G. Danov Street, Plovdiv, where the candidates in the procedure or their authorized representatives can attend, as well as representatives of the mass media.

The assignor removes from participation in a procedure for awarding a public procurement a candidate for whom there is athe removal referred to in Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107, items 1-4 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the related persons and their actual owners, and in all other cases of non-compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act and the PPPPP, and the announcementand the documentation for participation in the procurement procedure.
