"Oxygen for patients in their own home" comprising delivery, set-up, service of specific services to patients residing in the Region of Sjelland. The delivery covers, among other things, oxygen treatment in our own home

The delivery "oxygen to patients in our own home" includes the delivery, set-up, service of specific services to visited patients residing in the Region of Sjelland. Delivery kutilizes a range of services in relation to oxygen therapy in their own homes in the respective patients' own homes. Expected total annual approx. consumption (based on 2018 figures) in DKK: DKK 8, 900, 000. The entire delivery must be tendered and offers cannot be made on individual parts. Region Sjaelland wants to choose a supplier for "Oxygen for patients in their own homes". In Region Zealand they areThere are about 1, 150 patients who need oxygen in their own homes linked to the following diagnoses / treatments:

The supply "oxygen for patients in their own homes" includes the provision, set-up, service of specific services for visiting patients resident. in Region Zealand. Region Sjaelland wants to choose a supplier for "Oxygen for patients in their own homes". In Region Sjelland, there are around 1, 150 patients who need oxygen in their own homes for the following diagnoses / braSubstances:

- Patients with Horton's headache,

- Patients with COPD,

- Patients with cancer,

- Patients with other heart / lung disorders,

- Home births.

In addition, the rental of equipment where a price is to be given.

The compulsory grounds for exclusion in Sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act and the voluntary grounds for exclusion, in section 137 of the Tendering Act, apply in this tender.ive exclusion from participation in the tendering procedure, if this is covered by one or more of the compulsory grounds for exclusion in sections 135 - 136 of the Procurement Act and / or the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 of the procurement law, unless exclusion can be omitted on the basis of the other provisions of the procurement law, including - 138.

The contracting entity, however, reserves the right to contact the specified reference (s) for the purpose- Documentation must, as a general rule, be the contracting entity within 21 days of the contracting party's request for the relevant tenderer. In order to ensure the progress of the tendering process, the tenderer is required to have a valid service certificate so that it can be immediately forwarded to the client at the request of the contractor.
