Subject of this order are construction- (CMP) for bringing the Rosenets Port Terminal (TP) 1, 2 and 3 to the normative requirements and the good Europeanpractices - Stage 1 and construction of a Venture Regeneration Facility (STP) - Stage 3, which generally cover CMP of the 1st category for building a shore-ladder with a road between pors 1 and pors 2; reconstruction of the Porsum 1, including the Northern Tall Pavilion, the North Pantry, the Technological Palms, the South Pantry and the South Tall Pavilion; building a fire system on the pillar, including a mainpumping station with operator hall, highway and water pipelines to the Pors 1, dosator distribution station, hydro and foam moni tor towers, fire alarm system and automation, sea pumping and mooring facilities, construction of a VRU. : Port Terminal "Rosenets", Bourgas District, BULGARIA

Subject of this order are construction(CMP) to bring Rosenets port 1, 2 and 3 to the regulatory requirements and good European practices - Stage 1 and the construction of the VWF - Stage 3, which at most - generally includes CMP of the 1st category for construction of a shore-ladder with a road between the pors 1 and the porsa 2, the reconstruction of the pillar 1, including the northern pavilion, isa loose pantry, technological palias, a South Pantry and a South Tall Pavilion; construction of a fire pump system including a main pumping station with an operator's hall, water and foam pipelines to the Pors 1, a dosator distributor station, hydro- and footer towers, fire alarm systems and automation, marine pumping and mooring facilities, (VUs).

The subject of this order includes full volume and quality construction work, construction and assembly work (FUP), single unit tests or parts thereof, as applicable, - a partial functional test of a sub-project / sub-scope, where applicable, and to submit to the contracting entity signed by the designer, builder and personBuilding Works Surveillance Act No. 15 for the Subjects, as well as anything else within the scope specified in the Technical Specification, which is necessary for the obtaining of the respective permits for use of construction by the State Acceptance Commission - The assigned works include carrying out the activities included in the technical specification and working plan.

The contractor in addition to the already suppliedthe equipment supplied by the procuring entity will deliver all the necessary equipment required for the complete completion of the site as specified in the design specifications forming the equipment supplied by the contractor The assigned works include the following construction sub-projects: - sub-project No. 1 "Pirce 1 ", - sub-project № 4" Fire Protection System "- stage 1",

- sub-project № 5 "Coastal dambetween the Piris № 1 and the Piris № 2 ",

- the sub-installation" VRF "

The participant must be entered in the Central Professional Register of the Constructor for the first category of construction. Each participant for the last 3 completed financial years (2016, 2017 and 2018 years), depending on the date on which the participant is established or started its activity, must have achieved a minimum ofa turnover of BGN 59, 000, 000 (fifty-nine million) excluding VAT, including a minimum turnover in the scope of the contract, amounting to 59, 000, 000 (fifty-nine million) BGN excluding VAT, calculated on the basis of annual revolutions

2. Each participant must have Professional Liability insurance for the participants in the construction under Article 171 of the TDA covering the minimum insurancethe first category construction cost according to the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in the design and construction, amounting to 600 000 (six hundred thousand) or equivalent according to art. 171a, para. 1 of the Territory Arrangement, where in the cases when the provided insurance or guarantee covers only partially the risks, the participant should provide additional insurance or guarantee, which In connection with the company security requirements, visits to the refinery shall take place only on working days (from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm) after the issue of the respective entry pass, subject to strict adherence to the requirements of the admission regime. Making a pass is done after a written request by email or fax, at least until 14:00 on the day before the date of the visitwhich contains the full names of the person who will visit the site and the company / group he represents.
