The repair / widening and widening concerns the transverse initial section of the existing northern pier 45 m in length and 6.0 m in width.-existing work is widened on both sides and up to a total width of approximately 12.0 m. Widening on its external side takes place after the removal of existing natural external shields, as well as the cleaning / excavation of any existing lithographic filters and / or other materials, up to the decommissioning limit of the existing project, determined by the existinga part of which is demolished.

More specifically, in the area outside the existing slopes, it is foreseen to demolish the existing wall up to 10.0 m from the current end of the project at point B14. Then the removal of the existing natural blocks - stones, up to the level / -0, 0 (Μ.Θ.Θ.). The extent of the excavation - excavation works is shown in Fig. The new slope is re-shaped by forming a layer of filter from 300 to 500 kg of stones, which is suitably supplemented according to the local conditions that will occur after the removal of the existing natural bulges.

Prior to the installation of the new molding stones filter, a non-woven geotextile, weighing 500 g / m, is designed to prevent leaching of possibly fine-grainedThe new exterior shielding of the project is made of natural bullets weighing 3.0 to 6.0 liters, with a corrosion level in the lower part of the slopes, from the gaps of the high degree of natural bulging of the shield layer described below. 3.50 m. (From MST) and a minimum crown width of 4.80 m in its straight line. Slope slope is projected 4: 3 (horizontally: vertically) and formed from a double layer of p.o. of the above rating, with an overall minimum thickness of 2, 40 m. The new guard wall is constructed behind the armor layer and is provided with reinforced concrete C20 / 25. Its dimensions and technical details are presented in the technical drawings of the study (L.07.2., L.15.1.) The cross section of the wall is provided with a different-(from the point of attachment to the remaining part of the wall) and in particular at 5.0 m (from the MST), while in the remainder of it at 4.0 m. respectively.

The coastal protection pavement is shaped accordingly, except that no bumper wall is provided. That is, it is initially planned to remove - clean the existing protection stones, up to the stonesand then laying a non-woven geotextile, filtering a layer of filter from 300 to 500 kg of stones. and final shielding layer from ph. 3, 0 to 6, 0 in. Its coronation is estimated at 3, 50 m. (From T. S.). Its width is predicted to be variable, depending on the cornice's intersection point at the 3.50 m level of the backside of the roadside slope.the following facilities are foreseen: - lighting of loading and unloading area and approach road, - water supply network, - fire extinguishing system

The technical and professional capacity of the economic operators is proved: a) for the registered contractors in the MEEP:

- or from the certificate of registration in the MEEP, which is a presumption of the information contained therein- or where the requirements of Article 22 (D) are not covered by the certificate of registration by submitting one or more of the means of proof provided for in Part II of Annex XII (Evidence of Selection Criteria), Attachment A of Law 4412/2016, depending on the requirement set out in Article 22.D)

In any case, the registration certificate may be submittedto prove only certain technical and professional capacity requirements under Article 22 (D), while for the proof of the other requirements, one or more of the means of proof provided for in Part II of Annex XII of Law 4412 / 2016.

(b) foreign economic operators registered in official lists or certified by bodiesCertification bodies complying with European certification standards within the meaning of Annex VII of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016 may submit to the contracting authorities a registration certificate issued by the competent authority or a certificate issued by the competent body according to the provisions of article 83 of Law 4412/2016 and in paragraph 9 of p(c) foreign economic operators not registered or certified by certification bodies as above shall submit one or more of the means of proof provided for in Part II of Annex XII to the Law No. 4412 / 2016.

Tenderers are required to have:
