2019-34 — Gymnastics Equipment for M0re og Romsdal County

M0re og Romsdal County invites tenderers to a competition for framework agreements for the delivery of gymnastics equipment for the sixth form colleges in M0re og Romsdal County. The competition consists of 2 lots, and framework agreements will be entered into with up to 2 tenderers.
Main Site : M0re and Romsdal.
Part 1: Gymnastics equipment for M0re og Romsdal County. This includes the products and equipment stated in the price sheet Part 1 that can be included in the product groups stated in point 2.1.1.1 in the requirements specification Part 1.
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Tenderers shall be up-to-date with tax and duty payments.
The tenderer must upon request and within 2 3 days be able to present a tax/VAT certificate (the certificate is issued by the tax collector (form RF-1244)). The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
The financial ability to implement the assignment.
The tenderer must within 2 3 days and upon request from the Contracting Authority, be able to present a credit score from Soliditet as a documentation showing the financial implementation ability.
