The subject of the order is to provide guidance, consultancy, mediation, information and illuminating services:

Main Site: Services will be provided within the Košice self-governing region, the results will be delivered to the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, USVRK, Pribinova 2, 812 72 Bratislava. information and educational services in the Roma settlements of the Košice Self-governing Region -the number of 22 settlements in 17 municipalities with an estimated number of 901 Roma dwellings is assumed.

The public procurement may be awarded to an economic entity which fulfills the exigent terms of participation in the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").

Proch-zka-the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Law.

The criminal integrity of a legal person, according to Act no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws.

The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment afternames in part by a single European document according to - 39 par. 1 law. The demonstration of the conditions of part-time is also effective vis---vis the public contracting authority pursuant to - 152 par. 4 of the Act.

The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. (2) The public contracting authority shall recognize the equivalent entry as written in-the list of economic entities under the law or a certificate of registration shall be issued by the competent authority of another Member State, by which the applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the public procurement. The contracting authority will also accept an equivalent document submitted by the tenderer. - In the event that a group of contractors is awarded a contract, proof of compliance with the terms of the contract is requiredplay a personal position for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part time according to - 32 par. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the order which it provides for it.

Not applicable. The Public Procurement Officer recommends that the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as "SP") solicit the request on the basis of a written request in the Slovak or Czech language delivered electronicallyy at the email address of the contact person mentioned under I.1) and within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2. of this notice, the SP shall include the subscription of the prizes by the contracting authority exclusively in electronic form at the e-mail address of the addressee, as stated in the application for the SP. The Procurer recommends to the Applicant during the entire duration of this public procurement to continuously monitor the web site of Uradu pre public procurement, section Procurement Country Profile.

3. The communication language in this public tender is the Slovak language. The costs associated with the part in this public tender are significant to the solicitors / tenderers in full, without any charge to the public purchaser. An application for clarification under Paragraphs 21.4 and 21.7 of the SP must be served in accordance with - 48 of the Law in good timeed.

6th When communicating, the contracting authority proceeds in accordance with - 187 par. 8 of the Act. in electronic form means communication made by fax or e-mail, which the contracting authority considers to be a form of communication. A group of suppliers do not have to create a legal form, but they have to determine the leaders of the group of suppliers. All Artthe group of suppliers of such a group of suppliers set up to supply the subject of the contract shall be obliged to grant a power of attorney 1 of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members of the group of suppliers and to accept the instructions in this procurement as well as to act on behalf of the group for the acceptance of their offer, responsibility in the process of implementing the Framework Agreement. In case of acceptance aftersuppliers of a group of suppliers are required to conclude a contract by the group of suppliers before signing the framework agreement and to submit to the contracting authority a contract in which I will clearly determine the rights and obligations of which part will be involved in the fulfillment of the contract and the fact that all members of the group of suppliers the commitment to the public purchaser jointly and unconditionallyElne. -8. A successful applicant before the signature of the framework agreement that will result from this procurement will be required to submit the data, documents and documents under point 33.8 SP

9. Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 par. 7 of the Act, ie the contracting authority will evaluate the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with - 40 of the Act after evaluation of the tender pursuant to Section 53 of the Act. In the meaning-paragraph 9 above and Article 49 (6) of the Charter. (a) the tenderer shall submit the tender in accordance with paragraph 18.1. Information on point II.1.6) of the notice: An interested person may submit an offer for any number of part of the subject of the procurement. In particular, public procurement is not green public procurement, procurement of innovation or procurement focusing on social aspects.
